Getting to know matcha
BASIC MATCHA WORKSHOP
Join us for our Matcha Workshop and learn the basics of matcha. We will provide a brief introduction and then guide you as you prepare your own.
We will serve a small sweet treat with the matcha, and you can also try our matcha latte.
Naturally, there will be time for questions and conversation.

Experience matcha
PREMIUM MATCHA WORKSHOP
In our Premium Matcha Workshop, you will learn everything about the cultivation, production, and effects of matcha. During a subsequent short tea ceremony, we will show you how to prepare the tea and you will learn all about the cultural background of matcha. Then it is your turn: you will prepare your own matcha and learn how to make various matcha drinks (with and without alcohol). We will serve a small sweet treat with the matcha.
Of course, there will be time for questions and discussion.

Tea as a ritual
JAPANESE TEA CEREMONY
Experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony led by our tea master, Andreas Dörig. In a tranquil atmosphere, he will guide you through the sequence of the ceremony and provide insight into its significance and form.
Each participant will receive a tea bowl with freshly prepared matcha. We will also serve a small Japanese sweet.
